        In order to ensure the safe use of vehicle gas cylinders, the relevant state departments have issued a number of standards, regulations and technical specifications, from the design, manufacture, installation, use, filling, transportation and periodic inspection, etc., to strengthen and standardize the vehicle Supervision and management of gas cylinders.
       Regular inspection of compressed natural gas cylinders for vehicles is an important means to ensure the safe use of the cylinders and to ensure people's lives and property safety and social stability.


♦Welding insulated gas cylinder inspection

        It refers to the use of normal ambient temperature (-40 ° C ~ 60 ° C), the medium is liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, liquefied natural gas, liquefied nitrous and other low temperature liquid, the design temperature is not Regular inspection and evaluation of mobile welded insulated cylinders with a capacity of less than -196 ° C, a nominal volume of not more than 450 L, and a nominal working pressure of 0.2 to 3.5 MPa.
        Welded insulated gas cylinders are inspected every three years. If the welded insulated cylinders are damaged or suspected of safety and reliability during use, if the cylinders are damaged or suspected of safety and reliability, they should be inspected in advance. Or deactivate the welded thermal insulation cylinders for more than one inspection period. Tests should be carried out before commissioning. The periodic inspection items for welding insulated cylinders include: external inspection, piping, vacuum treatment, vacuum interlayer leak rate inspection and evaporation rate inspection.
        In one of the following cases, the vacuum insulated gas cylinder must be vacuumed, the vacuum interlayer leak rate test and the static evaporation rate test: condensation and frosting of the welded insulation cylinder casing; welding of the insulated gas cylinder casing for inspection; When the hot gas bottle is damaged or has doubts about its safety and reliability; when the vacuum medium is equipped with a low temperature medium for welding the insulated gas cylinder, the interlayer vacuum is higher than 40 Pa; when the low temperature medium is filled, the interlayer vacuum is higher than 0.02 Pa.

♦Safety valve inspection introduction

Safety valves are used in boilers, pressure vessels and other pressure equipment to prevent pressure in the equipment from exceeding the design allowable value. This protects the safety of equipment and operating personnel, so it is often used as the last protective device for pressurized equipment, so the verification of safety valves is very important. According to the national special equipment safety supervision department and the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the safety valve must be regularly verified, and the period is one year.
